Salary Range: 5,000 - 0,000 / Year DOE

• Oversee talent acquisition efforts to fill critical positions across various departments
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures while maintaining a non-bureaucratic approach
• Administer employee benefits and payroll for a growing workforce
• Address employee issues and facilitate conflict resolution
• Stay informed on state laws and ensure compliance with regulations

• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of processes and the ability to balance leniency with compliance
• Experience in a startup environment
• Proven talent acquisition skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• HR certifications are a plus
