Medical Receptionist – Dermatology Specialists, Inc.
Salary Range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).

What You’ll Do- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi‑provider schedule.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co‑pays or balances.
- Educate patients about DSI’s dermatology products and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
- 1–2 years of medical front office or reception experience (dermatology experience a plus).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and compassionate under pressure.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and understanding of HMO vs. PPO plans.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
