Medical Receptionist – Dermatology Specialists, Inc.

Salary Range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter).

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi‑provider schedule.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co‑pays or balances.
• Educate patients about DSI’s dermatology products and services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.

• 1–2 years of medical front office or reception experience (dermatology experience a plus).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional, calm, and compassionate under pressure.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and understanding of HMO vs. PPO plans.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
