We’re currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth

Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi-provider schedule

Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or balances

Educate patients about DSI’s dermatology products and services

Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

Support office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

1–2 years of medical front office or reception experience (dermatology experience a plus)

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to remain professional, calm, and compassionate under pressure

Knowledge of insurance verification and understanding of HMO vs. PPO plans

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
