Common Spirit and CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates is offering an outstanding Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opportunity to practice in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. • Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
• Busy Clinic with excellent support staff
• Flexible scheduling
• Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams (within established protocol)
• Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines)
• Order diagnostic tests
• Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines)
• Assist providers with procedures and consults as necessary
• Consult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment

• Master's degree in nursing or Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program
• 1-3 years previous experience in acute care or primary care setting or Equivalent RN experience
• Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required
• AHA BLS required
