Soddy-Daisy Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time day and night shift LPN/RN to join our team.
Shift Type:
Full-Time, Day and Night shifts available.

Ensuring a unified workplace environment.
- Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance.
- Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate).
- Collect patient information and health data.
- Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians.
- Administer oral medications and injections as prescribed.
- Test a patient’s blood sugar levels.
- Urinary catheter insertion and care.
- Wound care and dressing changes.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene.
- Monitor for changes in patients’ condition.
- Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patient medical records.
- Ask questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.
- Act as a role model for ancillary personnel.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.
- Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
- Current LPN or RN license in the state.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
