Day & Zimmermann is currently accepting applications for site In-Processing Coordinator. This is a long term, onsite position.
Responsible for processing staff and craft personnel through the hiring, training, and security clearance process. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with being skilled in data-entry. Single point of contact for security access and security access paperwork, including unescorted access request documents and completion and submittal of access termination documents.
Key Responsibilities- Ability to multi-task and track progress of personnel through training and on-going certification requirements.
- Interface with Union Halls
- Proctor tests and assessments
- Manage readiness reviews & give updates during meetings
PHQ updates. MMPI proctoring when required. Organize orientations and training sessions. Mentor and support staff teams.
CompensationIn compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $31,000min - $124,000max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
