Join us as a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Material Handler at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Socorro, Texas.

We are hiring immediately to support our facility at Ryder in Socorro, Texas. Join our team and work in the safest supply‑chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Pay: $18.50 per hour + 1.00 shift differential
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday; 2nd shift 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

• Warehouse positions pay each week

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with all levels of the organization
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Possesses a high degree of initiative
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lb
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule on various work shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hour of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
