OT- home health needed asap
-One (1) year of experience in supervised clinical practice in acute or rehab setting.
-Home Health Experience.
-Bachelors degree and educational requirements needed to be licensed as Occupational Therapist in New Mexico and meet requirements of Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation if necessary.
BLS Certification.
-Current drivers license with current auto insurance. Driving is required and will be assigned work area in one of the following regions (Greater Albuquerque, Rio Rancho/Bernalillo, Valencia County).
