A U.S. defense technology company in Socorro, New Mexico is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to oversee all Quality Assurance aspects for various aerospace programs. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering or Sciences, at least 5 years of experience in quality in a manufacturing setting, and strong communication skills. This role requires working on-site at a government-run facility with some travel involved.
You will manage project planning, document instructions, and instruct employees on Quality standards.
