, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high-energy, inter-disciplinary team.

We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in balance, gait, return to home, and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as many opportunities for career growth with our growing organization. We have prn schedules available as well!

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients and residents as part of an in-house therapy team.
• Develop and implement treatment programs focused on balance, gait, and functional return to home.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training, career development opportunities, and growth within the organization.
• Accommodate both full-time and PRN schedules as available.
