GENERAL
Position Overview
Provides overall direction and assists department managers as necessary to ensure that financial and ancillary operations are provided in accordance with standards established by the Hospital and outside regulatory and licensing agencies. Directs and supports performance improvement and CQI activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. Master of Business Administration or CPA certification preferred.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Health Care Financial Management experience.
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on various tasks as well as an affinity for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and external partners.
Licenses / Certifications / Registries
CPA certification preferred
