Provides general administrative support to a department or group under general supervision. Performs work that is varied and generally administrative and/ or project oriented.

Essential duties include the following:
* Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
* Resolves routine inquiries and questions and responds to correspondence or telephone contacts in area of responsibility within guidelines established by supervisor.
* Composes correspondence and other written documentation.
* Compiles data from reports using required knowledge of departmental, project or Company policies and procedures.
* May be responsible for or assist with data entry and basic processing for the Company's financial or human resources system.
* May be required to maintain office supplies and equipment.
* May screen calls, receive and direct visitors.
* Provides back-up for other support staff as needed.
* May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside assigned areas regarding administrative issues on purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
* May review accounts payable invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
* Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
* This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
