Job Description:
The Group Product Manager will lead the strategic development of our proprietary platform, iSOCRATES MADTechAI, and other innovative products. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to evaluate product potential, oversee the lifecycle, and ensure alignment with client and internal needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Product Management and Strategy:
- Lead the vision and execution of iSOCRATES MADTechAI, focusing on feature enhancements and user experience
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs in AdTech, Mar Tech, and Data Tech, translating them into product requirements
- Prioritize features based on impact, feedback, and feasibility
2) Product Development Lifecycle:
- Oversee all phases from conception to launch
- Use Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) for iterative development
- Manage roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables with tools like Jira
3) Technical Design and Architecture:
- Understand SaaS architecture, deployment, and lifecycle
- Proficiency with AWS (required), Google Cloud, Azure (preferred)
- Experience with AI/ML tools (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, NLP, microservices, React
JS, APIs, and integration of technologies
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with teams across regions for pre-sales and customer engagement
- Coordinate product, engineering, marketing, and sales efforts
- Engage with customers for feedback and iterations
5) Data Analysis and Insights:
- Implement data analysis methodologies for decision-making
- Develop analytics frameworks and KPIs, leveraging A/B testing
6) Process Development and Improvement:
- Establish scalable product management processes
- Improve workflows for efficiency
- Report progress to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- MBA or product/data science training preferred
- 1-20 years in product engineering, with at least 10 in product management
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power
BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), APIs, front-end technologies, AI/NLP, data engineering, and digital advertising - Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
- High energy, enthusiasm, and readiness to relocate to Mysuru or Bengaluru
