As a Guest Room Attendant at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, you play a vital role in ensuring that our guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet the high standards expected at our facility.

• Room Preparation:
  Clean and reset guest rooms according to specified standards and procedures. This includes changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Supply Replenishment:
  Restock all room amenities, including toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items, ensuring that guests have everything they need.
• Quality Checks:
  Perform detailed inspections of rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure everything is in perfect order.
• Guest Interaction:
  Address any guest requests or issues related to room cleanliness promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

  Work closely with other hotel staff, such as laundry personnel and other room attendants, to ensure timely turnover of rooms.

Requirements

Education and Experience
:

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning roles.
