Job shadowing offers individuals the chance to observe and learn from dedicated healthcare professionals in a real hospital setting. Whether you’re considering a career in nursing, medicine, or allied health, this one-day experience will give you a glimpse into what it’s really like to work in healthcare—and how we care for our community with compassion and excellence.

Participants will be paired with a staff member based on their interests and availability. During your shadow day, you’ll:

• Observe daily operations in the department
• Learn about the role and responsibilities
• Experience the pace, teamwork, and commitment required in healthcare
