Description
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is excited to announce our Paid Dealer School, created for new, first-time dealers who love interacting with guests. We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and courteous individuals ready to bring great vibes—think of this role as both dealer and entertainer. After completing the training program, team members will audition—and if successful, will begin dealing on the casino floor.
The average annual salary for dealers with tokes is $73,000 - $81,000.
Pay Rate: $17.13/hr. during training
$35.23/hr. after training (Average wage including tokes)
Shift: Class starts: 05/02/2026. Program length: 4–6 weeks
Days:
Wednesday – Sunday
Times: 10:00am – 2:00pm
* or* 2:00pm – 6:00pm (training session times may be adjusted based on response/enrollment)
Position Type: Part-time, Non-exempt (Up to 28 hours per week during training)
A FULL HOUSE OF TOTAL REWARDS- Competitive Pay:
Dealer I (Part-time only) - Basic Dealer, Blackjack Only - $35.23/hr. (Average wage including tokes)
Dealer II (Part-time only) - Baccarat or Roulette - $36.13/hr. (Average wage including tokes)
Dealer III - Baccarat & Roulette, or Craps or Dual Rate - $37.82/hr. (Average wage including tokes)
Dealer IV - All Games Dual Rate - $39.36/hr. (Average wage including tokes) with opportunities for annual performance-based increases.

To deal assigned Table Game(s) in accordance with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel's Policies and Procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide accurate and efficient dealing skills at assigned Table Games.
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Enthusiastically support, actively promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with departmental and casino standards and programs.
- Maintain game integrity, protect casino assets, and assist guests in understanding the rules.
- Utilize the chain of command to report information that may affect company goals.
- Supervise games when assigned.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 64 hours of training
- Program length: 4–6 weeks
- Attendance is required to pass Dealer School
- Ability to showcase dealer skills through an audition at a live casino table.
- Proven proficiency in math.
- Must have the ability to accurately perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and any assigned shifts.
- Must possess the ability to differentiate Cheque colors and appropriate values.
- Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal a variety of Table Games.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma / GED;
Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I).
DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
