Salary: $68,707 - $135,620 per year (2025‑26 SVEA Salary Schedule)

- Required:
Valid Washington State certificate with appropriate endorsement required (students may submit a note stating when certificate is expected). - Knowledgeable of Marzano Instructional framework.
- Skilled Communicator.
- Comfortable facilitating in both small and large group settings.
Works closely with teachers and principals to consistently implement the Marzano Instructional Framework, technology applications, and additional best practices to meet the learning needs of all students. Certificated employees receive 12 sick days and 2 discretionary personal leave days each school year. Sick leave and discretionary personal leave days are based on scheduled hours and position start date. - Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). for an overview of available benefit options.
Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
