Overview
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for candidates new to Evergreen Health Monroe. Bonus is pro-rated by FTE, applicable education, and relevant experience. Evergreen Health Monroe reserves the right to determine the amount and this statement is not a guarantee of payment.
Wage Range: $43.34 - $80.20 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation, such as shift differentials and premiums, may be available for this role. Job offers are determined based on a candidate’s years of relevant experience, applicable education, and internal equity.

Summary:
Provides nursing care across the life span from neonatal through geriatric patients, floats to designated departments to support staffing needs and provides rest and meal break relief to Registered Nurses and RN Shift Coordinators. Adheres to hospital policies, participates in patient education, and supports the care team.
Follows the Standards of Nursing Practice and Standards of Professional Performance as defined by the American Nurses Association. Includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, quality of practice, and leadership.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Requires current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification by start date. Requires Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and NIHSS Stroke Certification within 90 days of hire, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Trauma Nursing Core Course…
