We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our team in a part‑time role. You will be responsible for greeting customers, maintaining a clean sales floor, selling protection plans and credit cards, and supporting store operations.

• Create a one‑stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service.
• Greeting customers and assisting them with product selection, merchandising, and positioning.
• Offering Protection Plans and the Northern Tool credit card on all eligible products.
• Assist with tasks that improve how the team serves consumers.

• Prior retail sales, cashier or customer service experience (admired but not required).
• Flexible availability; willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
• Love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service‑focused mindset.
