The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our customers and is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service, acting as a subject matter expert, and helping customers with information and product recommendations. The role also includes keeping the store clean and clutter-free, restocking shelves, and staying up to date on all new products offered in our stores.

Responsibilities- Provide fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
- Act as a subject matter expert and offer product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Keep the store clean and clutter-free; restock shelves; maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with products within our industry a plus
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
