• Strong Team: 5 hygienists, experienced support staff, and one DA per doctor column.
• Patient Base: PPO and self-pay; YTD revenue $986K (2024: $1.28M).
• Compensation: 32–33% production, $850–$900 daily for initial period, plus potential sign-on bonus.

• Experienced dentist ready to grow the practice
• Comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry
• Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
• Confidence in procedures such as implants, endodontics, and extractions is a plus
• A growth mindset and interest in long-term opportunities

• Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
• Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
• Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
• Provide exceptional dental care

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
• Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
• Minimum one (1) year of practice experience or completion of AEGD/GPR program
