We are seeking a reliable and skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team in Smyrna, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering and picking up rental equipment safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle inspections, transporting equipment to customer sites, securing loads, and maintaining accurate records. The CDL A Truck Driver will also interact with customers to ensure outstanding service while representing Empower Rental Group's values in all interactions.
Qualifications- A valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record
- Experience in safe driving practices, vehicle inspections, and load securing
- Ability to operate and transport various types of equipment safely and skillfully
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in equipment transportation is preferred
