The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime based on business needs.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that sets us apart from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts (if 18+).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Maintain stamina and safety in all store areas.
