Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

• Deliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, etc.).
• Assist with returns following store policies and empower Leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and participate in a compliant work environment.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while complying with laws (e.g., alcohol-related policies).
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Effective communication and positive service mindset.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about products and services and to educate guests.
• Ability to operate handheld devices and scanners and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and to stay mobile during shifts.
