Tri Star Stone Crest Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) operating on a full-time night schedule, weekdays and weekends only. Sign on bonus available for eligible candidates.
Schedule- Full-time nights, weekdays and weekends.

Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to support patients and families. Daily responsibilities include assessments, individualized care plans, medication administration, documentation, education, equipment maintenance, and communication.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Provide respiratory and ventilator management and monitoring.
- Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state board.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- BLS required.
- Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from non‑ICU area.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- One to two years clinical nursing experience preferred.
- ICU experience preferred.
