• Perform daily rounds and assessments on assigned residents
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Assist in developing and updating resident care plans
• Support and train nursing staff, including new and temporary employees
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, infection control, and emergency protocols
• Participate in quality assurance and state survey processes

• Direct supervision of nursing staff and indirect supervision of all staff involved in resident care
• Involved in hiring, training, performance management, and staff scheduling

• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to supervise, lead, and mentor nursing staff
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform other duties as required
• Commitment to resident dignity and quality of life

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

Licensure

• Must hold a valid LPN License in the state of employment
