LPN Acute Care

Tri Star Stone Crest Medical Center invites a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for acute care on a full‑time basis in Rutherford County, Tennessee. The role plays a key part in delivering safe, high‑quality nursing care to patients with complex needs in a high‑acuity environment.

This role focuses on providing focused nursing care to patients in an acute or intensive care setting. The LPN will assist with medication administration, line management, respiratory support, and other interventions as directed by RN or provider. The LPN will observe patients for subtle changes in status, document updates, and collaborate closely with the RN, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and guide them toward recovery.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Associate Degree in Nursing, or graduate of a recognized vocational program.
• Experience providing nursing care in an acute or intensive care setting preferred.
