- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and condition changes, maintaining accurate records.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, treatment range, and patient care appropriate to age.
- Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
- Apply the nursing process to meet individual patient needs.
- Perform technical skills and procedures.
- Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state board.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment.
- CPI within 6 months of employment.
