2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM ($18.00/hour)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($18.25/hour)

Duties:
Line Operator ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties in a non-climate-controlled environment
Responsible for understanding and ensuring safety standards are respected
Conduct first level of maintenance (PMs) and first piece inspection at the start of shift (if applicable)
Maintain 5S standards
Detect problems (deviations from standards) in safety, quality, and efficiently
In case a problem is detected, stop and apply the appropriate reactivity procedure
Actively participate the improvements proposal program
Ensure cleanliness and safety of each workstation
Communicate any supplies shortage to the team lead at the beginning, during, and after shift
Involvement in continuous improvement through participation in VPS workshops
Position Requirements:
Material Handler ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, TS16949, V1000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS
18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (related to all manufacturing) where applicable
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Valeo, Smyrna, TN 37167.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 – $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
