The Occupational Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting with the potential for day care and home care visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

Due to growth, Feltz Therapy Services is now hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a pediatric clinic position in Smyrna, TN. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates will also be considered. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Occupational Therapist Assistants will be supported and mentored.

Full-time PTs should expect to schedule 32 - 35 patient visits per week.

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn more with incentives.

The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am-6 pm. No weekends required. No major holidays. There is some flexibility of the work schedule based on the needs of the clinic and the clinician hired. • Eligible for TN state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
• New grad OTAs will be supported and mentored.
• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.

FTS began in December 2001 with only three therapists and has grown to 75 top quality behavioral, feeding, occupational, physical and speech therapists. FTS currently has four clinic locations in Antioch/South Nashville, Goodlettsville, Murfreesboro, and Smyrna, TN.
