Embrace U is an evidence-based mental health provider offering group therapy, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), designed for adolescents ages 10-18.
Salary: Up to $110,000 based on experience
Patient Population: Adolescents ages 10-18
Location: Onsite

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

A day in the life of a Mental Health Outpatient Program Administrator can look like:
- Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education material to facility staff, local medical facilities, community members on the program, and the overall importance of behavioral health.
- Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program’s group, individual, and family therapy sessions.
- As Program Nurse, provide and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, fall assessments, and treatment plan development.
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.
- Education:
Master’s degree preferred - Licensure: RN or Licensed Therapist
- Certification:
Must meet any applicable state certification standards. - Experience:
Experience working with adolescents preferred. Management experience preferred. - Must have proficiency using a PC in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Electronic Medical Records
- Experience communicating & working closely with Physicians
- Understanding and experience in behavioral healthcare
- Demonstrated skill in utilization management and review systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated skill in problem solving, consensus building, conflict resolution, advocacy, and team building
- Ability to accomplish work objectives where few precedents or guidelines currently exist
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
