Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Caregiver to join our team and provide high‑quality care and support to clients in their homes. The Home Health Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem‑solving skills and work collaboratively with other team members.

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, ensuring the client’s living area remains clean and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high‑volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (plus).
