Pipe Up Plumbing Contractors is seeking a skilled and reliable Trim-out Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on the critical final stages of plumbing installation—delivering top-tier finishes and efficient repairs across commercial and light retrofit projects. This position offers hands‑on work, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to quality craftsmanship on job sites throughout the region.

Responsibilities- Perform plumbing trim‑out on commercial and retrofit projects
- Install and finish plumbing fixtures: toilets, urinals, sinks, lavatories, faucets, valves, and trims
- Diagnose and complete basic to moderate plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot leaks, fixture issues, and valve problems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on active job sites
- Follow plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Coordinate with other trades and communicate effectively with supervisors
- 3‑5+ years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)
- Proficient in trim‑out work and fixture installation
- Skilled in plumbing repairs and diagnostics
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and job‑site safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have basic hand tools for plumbing
- Ability to work independently on active commercial sites
- Journeyman license preferred — or willingness to work toward one (support provided)
