Symphona Technology is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Professional to aid in selling technology solutions that help businesses grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities Generate Business Opportunities
  • Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Qualify potential clients and identify their IT needs, challenges, and goals
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals to secure new business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
Technology Solution Sales
  • Present and sell a full range of technology hardware and solutions, including:
  • Computers and servers
  • Managed IT services
  • VoIP solutions
  • Explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Match products and services to client
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding current services
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients’ ongoing technology needs
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and onboarding of solutions sold
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams for implementation
  • Coordinate on timelines and project expectations to meet customer satisfaction goals
Performance & Reporting
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progress
  • Report regularly to the Partner on goals, activities, and outcomes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
Qualifications & Skills
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strong knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
