Symphona Technology is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Professional to aid in selling technology solutions that help businesses grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities Generate Business Opportunities- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Qualify potential clients and identify their IT needs, challenges, and goals
- Create and deliver tailored proposals to secure new business
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
- Present and sell a full range of technology hardware and solutions, including:
- Computers and servers
- Managed IT services
- VoIP solutions
- Explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Match products and services to client
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding current services
- Serve as a trusted advisor for clients’ ongoing technology needs
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and onboarding of solutions sold
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams for implementation
- Coordinate on timelines and project expectations to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline progress
- Report regularly to the Partner on goals, activities, and outcomes
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
- A minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A strong knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A base salary and commission
