We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed activity and revenue goals.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to address client needs and overcome objections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the business community to generate new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in staffing or professional services required).
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast‑paced environment.
