A leading gourmet dessert manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Tech II for their Smyrna location. The ideal candidate will perform routine audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include sampling and testing products, preparing reports, and participating in continuous improvement activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of food industry experience, familiarity with HACCP, and strong analytical skills.

This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, paying $18 - $21 per hour.
