Assistant Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. Many Assistant Managers support the General Manager and oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

▪ Manage assigned systems and teams, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results back to the General Manager.
▪ Lead and coach shift crews, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
▪ Execute daily operational tasks including inventory checks, money handling, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
▪ Serve as a role model by demonstrating energy, purpose, and a positive team culture.

▪ Previous managerial experience is required; ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
▪ Must be 18 years or older.
▪ Full‑time availability with open schedule; flexible to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
▪ Positive team player with a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
▪ Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

• Monthly bonus ($3,600 – $5,400 per year)
