Role Summary
As the Senior Supply Chain Program Manager, you will lead a critical U.S. distribution transformation effort-overseeing redesign of the secondary distribution network and driving execution across logistics, procurement, technology, and quality functions. This is a highly hands?on role that blends strategic program oversight with operational supply chain depth, particularly within logistics and distribution planning.
You will guide cross?functional teams, support 3PL evaluation and onboarding, and ensure alignment between U.S. operations and global supply chain leadership. Your work will directly advance network resilience, supplier performance, and the organization's ability to meet the needs of patients and customers nationwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & Logistics Transformation

• Lead redesign and optimization initiatives across the U.S. secondary distribution network.
• Drive 3PL sourcing, vendor assessments, and onboarding activities.
• Develop overflow, contingency, and capacity?recovery plans to ensure network resilience.
• Support business continuity planning for U.S. distribution operations.
• Build, manage, and expand strategic logistics and supplier networks.

Cross?

Functional Program Leadership

• Orchestrate program plans across Operations, Procurement, Digital/IT, Quality, and Global Supply Chain.
• Ensure alignment between logistics strategy, procurement decisions, and systems requirements.
• Support U.S. operations while coordinating with global leadership teams.
• Establish governance, reporting, and knowledge?transfer practices for distribution operations.

Stakeholder & Execution Leadership

• Deliver structured updates and executive?level presentations.
• Influence decisions across regulated environments with clarity and confidence.
• Navigate operational complexity with a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Bring energy, ownership, and adaptability to move work forward in ambiguous environments.

Key Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution transformation.
• Direct experience with distribution network planning, redesign, or optimization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics operations, transportation modes, and distribution models.
• Experience with in highly regulated industries (pharmaceutical/healthcare strongly preferred).
• Hands?on experience with 3PL sourcing, selection, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to build and manage supplier ecosystems across multiple partners.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated executive presence and cross?functional influence.
• Ability to take a holistic view of distribution while operating with hands?on execution.

Nice to Have

• Pharmaceutical supply chain experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments.
• Exposure to digital supply chain capabilities or IT?enabled logistics transformation.
