The Business Analyst will work with functional leaders and the executive team to align on information reporting and delivery to support KEH’s key functional areas that help execute and drive the overall business strategy. Utilization of Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to conduct analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting outputs is an integral function of this role. The Business Analyst will recommend business actions to leaders based on findings from the analyzed business reports.

The Business Analyst will also work with finance to ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly management reports. This position will report to both the head of a specific functional area and to a senior leader in analytics and business intelligence.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Use advanced data analysis techniques to develop meaningful insights supporting strategic and tactical business decisions. Create and maintain comprehensive Tableau dashboards, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and actionable for business stakeholders. Produce month-end inventory reports and reconcile month-to-month changes.
• Business Process Optimization:
  Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, developing recommendations to optimize performance. Leverage data and forecasting models to drive inventory management and other operational efficiencies.
• Forecasting & Inventory Management:
  Develop and refine forecasting models to anticipate demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven inventory decisions are aligned with business goals.
• Data Integration & Management:
  Design and manage data pipelines that connect various data sources across the business. Proficiency in custom SQL is required for ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
