RBT; Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children ages 5-14 in our Code Ninjas centers to support skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.

As an RBT, you will:

• Work with children ages 5-14 in our Code Ninjas centers to support skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support.
• Review behavior plans and other relevant materials developed by BCBAs for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Learn and grow within the role through a wealth of continued training and education opportunities.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass the test to become an RBT

Pay: $17.00 to $21.50/hour, depending on experience
