- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current RN license if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Other qualifications considered at discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
- Strong collaboration skills – you will work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
