Corporate Training Manager

The Corporate Training Manager leads the execution and continuous improvement of corporate training programs across the organization. This role oversees facilitation, LMS governance, learner assessment, reporting, and training culture initiatives to ensure workforce readiness and operational alignment.

• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training programs for employees and supervisors.
• Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (Docebo), including course library and reporting integrity.
• Maintain version control, documentation accuracy, and alignment with compliance standards.
• Lead development and revision of training curriculum aligned with operational needs.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate field expertise into structured learning materials.
• Conduct skill assessments and monitor workforce readiness metrics.
• Prepare and present training KPIs and outcome reports to leadership.
• Ensure training materials, classrooms, and sessions are professionally organized and audit-ready.
• Mentor internal trainers and promote a structured, accountable learning culture.
• Recommend program improvements based on data, feedback, and operational needs.

• 5+ years of corporate training, workforce development, or instructional leadership experience.
• Strong reporting and data analysis capability with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience facilitating training in construction, skilled trades, or safety-regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing an LMS.
