RequirementsYou might be the perfect fit if you:
- Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of employment. Education in early childhood and experience in a licensed center are a plus.
- Have genuine empathy and a deep understanding of children’s needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
- Can meet the physical demands of working with children.
