Overview

Slingco America, Inc., a global leader in high-quality installation tools for the Utility, Oil & Gas, and Renewables industries, is seeking a Marketing and Enablement Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a centralized sales enablement library (sales collateral, case studies, presentations, battle cards, proposal templates) and keep content accurate and consistent.
  • Lead sales readiness for product launches by creating go-to-market toolkits, training materials, and launch collateral, and coordinating internal kickoff activities.
  • Own Zoho CRM administration—ensuring clean data, optimized lead routing, dashboards/reporting, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Oversee the lead management process from marketing handoff through sales acceptance, including SLAs for response time, follow-up cadence, and qualification standards.
  • Plan and execute major trade shows and industry events, including logistics, collateral, vendor coordination, budget management, and ROI reporting.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer journeys, and sales enablement best practices.
  • Highly organized project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical and comfortable using CRM and funnel metrics to identify insights and improve performance.
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex information into clear, actionable sales tools and training resources.
  • Collaborative, proactive teammate who thrives working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics.
