We are on the lookout for a Master Technician who is not only skilled but also energetic and positive. If you have a passion for solving tough problems and a commitment to doing what’s right for our customers, you’ll fit right in!

As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles with precision and care.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide tailored recommendations for our guests.
• Conduct thorough and honest digital vehicle inspections.
• Expand your automotive expertise across a diverse range of vehicles.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to tackle challenges and meet deadlines.
• Uphold our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Show respect and integrity to our guests and team members alike.

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• 3+ ASE Certifications (preferred) or a plan to achieve them.
• Diesel and Euro experience (preferred but not required).
• The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

In this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently use a computer and/or tablet.
