Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and showroom area
- Be an organized and productive multi-tasker. Maintain and manage our "Up Rotation List"
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide information about the organization and its services
- Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work Full-Time hours
- Basic communication skills and problem solving
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach
