Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor

Evergreen Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RNs) Supervisor to join our long‑term care team in Smyrna, DE.

Pay: Up to $47/hour

Shifts available:

• 7:00pm to 7:00am weekends

Shift differentials available.

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
• Promote a team‑oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• Previous Supervisor experience
