• Manage borrower information flow from the Credit Portfolio Groups clients, ensuring adherence to Compliance policies regarding the handling of Private Material Non-Public Information
• Review and understand legal documents (including Credit Agreements), financial materials and investment committee memoranda in connection with syndicated and unitranche loans.
• Operate proactively and with urgency to ensure timely delivery of credit agreement financial covenant reporting information
• Navigate web-based due diligence data rooms, obtain and organize documentation
• Demonstrate problem-solving and solid judgment/decision making skills
• Exhibit ownership, escalation and resolution of issues when they occur in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with the Credit Portfolio Group, the Credit Trading Desk, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure proper and timely posting of all documentation
• Ownership of internal communication, status updates and covenant compliance tracker
• Field and resolve ad‑hoc queries from internal and external clients
• Identify and address control gaps and efficiency opportunities

• 2-3 years of experience in financial professional roles
• Ability to work independently, pro‑activity, knowing how to manage and track their portfolios
• Proficiency with excel skills (pivot tables, xlookup/vlookup)
• Professional communication skills with external clients
• Bachelors in finance/accounting/economy/business admin
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Pivot Tables, ability to analyze large data sets)
• Knowledge of Commercial OR Corporate Loan products
  -OR- trading operations is a PLUS

• Loan IQ experience
• Experience reading legal documents (credit agreements)
• Strong analytical, technical & problem‑solving skills
• Effective, adaptable, & professional communication / interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, quality & accuracy
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills
