* Performing initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients’ progress
* Carrying out evidence-based treatments plans that engage our patients and meet their therapeutic needs

***** Qualifications
* *** Education
* ** Associates Degree, Physical Therapy Assistant (Required) and
* Program Graduate, Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (Required)
** Experience
* ** 1 year Healthcare experience (Preferred)

* Skills and Abilities

*** Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age, goal, and diagnosis appropriate care.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development throughout the life span, be able to assess patients' needs and status by analyzing evaluated data, and be able to interpret information to identify age-specific needs and provide appropriate care accordingly per patient care setting.
** Licenses and Certifications
*** License Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required) and
* CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
* Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
