Pay: $180K-$188K base + 30% bonus, annual merit increase, relocation assistance available

They are looking for you, an experienced Director of Commodities and Hedging, to bring expertise in commodity trading and risk management, driving the strategic operation of their commodities team. This is a direct-hire role with substantial growth potential.

• Conduct fundamental and technical market research for key commodities.

What you need to succeed:

• 10+ years of experience in commodities trading, risk management, and P&L.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in team management and commodity trading in grain or livestock.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and a strategic mindset.
